The organizational consultation, during which we establish the procedure, costs, and timeline, and you decide whether to entrust us with the matter, is free and non-binding. However, if you want to conduct the legalization independently and only need our expert knowledge (procedure instructions, indicating the office, document verification), we arrange a paid substantive consultation. We determine the price and format before the meeting.

The most helpful information for us includes: the type of document, the country where you intend to use it, and the institution that requires this document from you. If you have the document on hand, you can attach a scan. This will greatly assist us in making an accurate assessment of the visa procedure.
Can I get a no-obligation quote? expand_more
Yes. After receiving basic information about the case, we prepare a free estimate and outline the procedure. Only after your confirmation do we begin the implementation.

What happens to my documents after the case is closed? expand_more
We send the originals back as agreed. We store scans and data in accordance with the retention policy required by regulations (including accounting and complaint-related regulations), and after this period, they are permanently deleted. You can request access to your data or their deletion at any time within the limits allowed by law.
Do you serve clients from outside Poland? expand_more
We serve clients from all over the world, communicating via email, phone, and the Notberg platform, regardless of where you are. We legalize documents issued in several specific countries, and our network of partners is continually expanding. If your case involves a country where we have a local partner, they will carry out the legalization, while we manage everything from a single point of contact.
