Consultation visa 2 x 60 min. Consultation intended for individuals who are at the beginning of the visa process and need support throughout the entire procedure. It consists of: - the first conversation, recommendations for preparing documents, presenting a schedule for further work - Assistance in gathering and completing documents for the visa application. - Arranging an appointment at the consulate (if possible). - A second conversation 60 min before the visit to the consulate. Determining the next steps that will take place during the visa procedure.

Consultation concernant le refus de visa. Elle peut avoir lieu dans les quelques jours suivant la décision, lorsque le dépôt d'un recours est possible. Le consulat fixe un délai de 14 jours pour ces démarches. Elle se compose de : - une conversation de 30 minutes et une analyse des raisons de la décision - des recommandations pour la préparation des documents de recours appropriés - la rédaction et la correction des documents de recours - une conversation de 30 minutes avant le dépôt des documents finalisés et des recommandations supplémentaires sur les étapes concrètes à suivre.
